从现阶段来看，多名受访业界人士认为，全面取消公摊的条件尚未成熟。当前多数新房项目仍按照建筑面积计价，基于此，应增加公摊面积的透明度，避免公摊面积过大；与此同时，可以有更多城市试点探索“按套内面积计价”。
何倩茹提到，今年以来，深圳新房均价与去年相比下跌了4%左右，二手房价格与去年同期相比更是下跌9%；同时随着房贷利率和首付比例的下调，如今的购房成本确实下降许多。
